I did not have an enjoyable experience here. Came in for lunch (1:00pm) and saw a sign on the front beside the door that indicated a chicken sandwich combo was 10.99 for lunch (11am-3pm). After I ordered I realized this was not the case the chicken sandwich combo is 12.99 and does not have a lunch deal. I was not too upset about this (just thought they probably shouldn t have that sign up stating incorrect information). Once I got the food, it looked very good! However, biting into the chicken was an unpleasant surprise. It was very rubbery and pretty hard to eat. The curly fries were great though. Very disappointing.

I normally don t do this but I wish I knew before I went and I don t want someone else to go through what we did. Now there may be some who like the large portions and deal but my wife and I I couldn t. I ll start off by saying there are no pictures because we thew it all away. We spent 58 dollars and threw it out. We had had 1x wings spicy garlic, 1x tenders soy garlic, 1x fries, 1x Parmesan fries, 1x Thai tea boba. The pictures of the fries I saw on google are not it. It s like they took the frozen crinkle fries at Walmart, soaked them in water, baked them, then threw a pinch of salt. They came out bland and not soggy like they have been sitting in the box too long but soggy like from the inside out. The Parmesan fries were the same but they just through some powder tasting mess on Top that I guess is suppose to be Parmesan. The wings again you get a lot. If that s all you care about then go here. The meat doesn t taste like anything. Legit no flavor. The breading had no flavor and the sauce was below average. The boba well I ve had a lot of boba on both coast actually. I wouldn t consider it boba. The flavor I got was Thai iced tea and tasted like black tea with orange powder in it. Again I just want to be honest not vindictive. Who knows maybe I just caught them on a bad, understaffed day. I won t be giving them another try though.

Ive been coming here for about two years, but I might have to start driving to a location a little further out as the quality has dropped. Ordered the fries and tenders, and got half as many fries as usual, the amount of tender was also a little light. This paired with the quality... The chicken was a bit dry as opposed to its previous juiciness. And the fries were undercooked.

I placed an order for the garlic-spiced chicken without high expectations, but to my pleasant surprise, it turned out to be incredibly delicious. Typically, I pair my meals with seasoned chicken and rice, so I was thrilled that this dish exceeded my expectations in terms of its delightful flavor. I highly recommend trying it immediately after picking up your order to experience the crispy and delectable taste. Without a doubt, I intend to place future orders from this establishment repeatedly, given how impressed I was with this meal.

Chicken wings were over priced and very basic. The Thai tea was horrible. Tasted like watered down milk. Sweet potato fries tasted like they were frozen and then dumped in the deep fryer. Just nasty food.

I went here because the place I used to go to apparently was permanently closed. When they first opened, it was a fantastic place. It was just out of my way, which is why I went elsewhere. But I was actually very disappointed. That chicken tenders. I got had a lot of tendon in it. And that was really gross and I wasnt really expecting it. The sauce great the tenders were fine. They only gave me 9 even though its supposed to be 10 I believe and they were on the smaller end but maybe next time when i go in it will be different. I usually love their food but this time it wasnt as good as it usually is

Yo, this sandwich was from a chicken on roids. Huge portion that doubled the bun size, topped with their slaw and back off if ya dont like a lil heat cause the hot is on point. Sided with some waffle fries and a pop, this fat guy was happy.

Chicken sandwich was excellent - I asked for medium spicy and it was spicy, just be forewarned! Very good sides (onion rings and cheese sticks)- highly recommend Parking: This plaza has a very congested parking lot. Just be careful navigating

Came in here looking to dine in.... Came in around 9:00 and the guy that worked there was just pressuring us that they were closing... Even though it was only 1 hour left....still couldve ate there. Anyways food took about 20 mins to come out and he put it for take out and just dumped it to our table. I ordered the Spicy Soy Garlic and the Regular Soy Garlic and some fries... Fries were just unseasoned, Soy Garlic chicken was the best one and the spicy soy garlic was just too spicy and too sweet... Maybe they were just rushing things since they were about to close??? who knows... I would try this place again but there are more better CM Chickens around. Half Recommend...
